LASER MARKING METAL

perfect laser enquiry
Our Youtube Channel
The laser marking of metal allows designs, logos and labels to be applied to metal surfaces. Laser marking on metal is done using specially formulated inks which are applied to the surface that you wish to mark with your laser engraving machine. Once lasered there will be a permanent design, logo or label on the metal surface which is resistant to chemicals (solvents, acids, bases), scratch resistant, withstands exposure to sun and rain as well as temperatures of up to 980°C.

The application of laser marking ink allows for high resolution marking to be done to metal surfaces. This is useful if you need to apply serial numbers or barcodes as they can be read by machines. The mark does not penetrate the surface, rather bonding with the metal to create a permanent, durable result whether for business or personal use. Laser marking allows for improved resolution and contrast as opposed to directly laser engraving on metals, as well as increasing the range of metals that can be marked with your laser engraving machine.
